1st and 3rd Saturday of each month from November - June

Sessions: 10:00a – 1:00p at Rose Hill Community Center


Mentor Expectations:

1) Mentors will play an active role in leading one or more SLA sessions, or topics within a session

2) Mentors will regularly attend SLA sessions and planning meetings

3) Mentors will communicate with the mentoring Chair at: mentoring@100blackmenofdelaware.org (and fellow Mentors) in case of absence, to ensure there is sufficient attention to mentees

Saturday Leadership Academy

As an SLA participant, students grow and develop by involvement in challenging individual and team activities that feature both fun and educational field trips. Students get to engage with professionals from a myriad of careers and learn firsthand about what it takes to achieve difficult goals. Our students also have opportunities to engage in community service.

5/18/24 - First State Air Show and Dover Air Force Base Open House
